Based on the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education®, learn how to move and use tools in your garden, whether weeding, seeding or planting to save your neck, back and hands from overuse.

Week 1:  Using your hips to save your back, connecting your hands to your feet for digging and pushing.

Week 2:  Learn how to stay comfortable on the ground and protecting your hands & wrists for weeding and planting
